At SHAILI, we are committed to delivering high quality tea and spices with complete customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms for returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to the customer. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of food items, products once opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Proof of Issue
To initiate a return or replacement, customers must share clear images or videos of the product highlighting the issue via WhatsApp or email.
4. Replacement Policy
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the product at no additional cost, subject to availability.
5. Refund Policy
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed. Approved refunds will be completed within 5 to 7 working days.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
7. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through bank transfer or other suitable methods.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
